Frontline Business was founded in 2005 by Microsoft and HP to support their certified partners with different challenges in the market like how to become a Trusted Advisor for large and medium size companies. Frontline Business is continuously monitoring the decision making processes in the Business-to-Business markets. We are involved in many business cases concerning ICT investments. We use this expertise to teach the necessary skills to the sales consultants working in this field. More than 500 students have finished the Master edition so far and received a certificate to call themselves ‘Master in Sales and Account management’. To accomplish this course they have to convince decision-makers in the Boardroom during the performance of a real life business case. Our exams are assessed by board members of big and medium sized companies.
In 2009 we began with company-level programs on the premises of our partners during the execution of market development and changing the business models. Nowadays we also help organizations to find sales talents to advice customers about high-end solutions. We also support to make the newly hired effective as soon as possible.
Until now we have supported over 150 ICT companies and receive hundreds of participants of executive level in our know-how sessions each year.
